Classic Package

CLASSIC PACKAGE includes the following:

  1. Open communication via WhatsApp group with all members of HomeTeam.

  2. Bi-Monthly checks on home.

  3. Thorough pre and post occupation checks.

  4. Checking if maintenance is required.

  5. Organisation and liaison with suppliers and contractors via WhatsApp group.

  6. Liaison with service providers via WhatsApp group.

  7. Direct liaison with Owners’ staff regarding linen and household supplies via a Staff/HomeTeam WhatsApp group.

  8. Oversee emergencies and liaise with security where necessary – burglaries/floods.

  9. Preparation of home

  10. Arrange and oversee the following services:

  • Organise pre-clean

  • Turn geysers on/off

  • Arrange honeysucker where applicable

  • Turn gas on/off, arrange gas refills

  • Check washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher in working order

  • Check fridges, freezers, ovens on/off and clean

  • Check leaking taps and toilets

  • Check lights in working order

  • Ensure beds made up and towels put out

  • Check locks and doors in working order

  • Check gates and intercoms functional

  • Check garden status 

  • Check DSTV and Wi-Fi status

  • Check remotes

  Pre/Post Holiday Inspections/Cleans

  • HomeTeam will arrange the pre holiday clean (one week notice required) upon request, using HomeTeam’s professional cleaners.

  • HomeTeam will arrange a post clean where necessary according to Owner specifications.

  • Once cleaners have done the post clean, HomeTeam will do a final inspection.

Concierge Package

CONCIERGE PACKAGE includes the following:

  1. Open communication via WhatsApp group with all members of HomeTeam.

  2. Bi-Monthly checks on home.

  3. Thorough pre and post occupation checks.

  4. Checking if maintenance is required.

  5. Organisation and liaison with suppliers and contractors via WhatsApp group.

  6. Liaison with service providers via WhatsApp group.

  7. Direct liaison with Owners’ staff regarding linen and household supplies via a Staff/HomeTeam WhatsApp group.

  8. Oversee emergencies and liaise with security where necessary – burglaries/floods.

  9. Arrange and oversee the following services as per Owner request

    • Replenish household supplies

    • Handyman services

    • Pre-holiday shopping at no additional fee

    • Arrange gas refills

    • Oversee Garden and Pool services

    • Pre-holiday testing of all appliances

    • Water meter readings as per request

    • Arranging boats and sport equipment

    • Facilitating car requirements eg. Services, trickle batteries, storage

    • Arrange Honeysucker where applicable

    Housekeeping services - HomeTeam outsources the following:

    • Cleaning service (pre-holiday preparation and post-holiday closure)

    • Delivery and cleaning of linen

    • Window cleans

    • Furniture, carpet cleaning

    • Pest control

    • A trained cleaner to be available during Owner stay

    Organisation of services – catering, cakes made to order, photo shoots, tours, restaurant bookings, canal cruises, deep sea fishing, whale watching, trail walks, baby sitting, couriering, airport transfers, taxi service, ordering firewood, acceptance of all deliveries, event management, PA services, printing of documents.

  10. Organisation of cleaners for peak season

  11. Preparation of home as per the Owner’s request

  12. Pre-holiday checks include:

    • Organise pre-clean

    • Arrange honeysucker where applicable

    • Turn gas on/off, arrange gas refills

    • Window cleans are outsourced at an additional cost. Quotes can be obtained by HomeTeam.

    • Purchase cleaning products as per cleaner requirements

    • A service fee will be charged for any grocery shopping done by HomeTeam prior to Owner visits.

      13. HomeTeam will inform the Owner prior to any purchases made on the Owner’s behalf.
